Welcome to the homepage of actor Sterling Wolfe...

An egomaniac with a penchant for causing needless trouble wherever he goes, Sterling's career has been on a downward slide ever since he was kicked out of the Groundlings school in Los Angeles for being too "clever, quick, and subtle."

Before the slide into oblivion, he was hired for Payback opposite Mel Gibson as well as the original Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, and starred in the pilot of The Deputy for 20th Century Fox.

Recognizing that his career was in serious trouble - so much that his acting coach Howard Fine was no longer returning his calls, Sterling reluctantly agreed to join the cast of Me and the Big Guy when threatened with the revelation of "certain photos" procured by producers at great expense.

Despite the terrible "drag" inflicted by his celluloid-melting contribution, Sterling's film A Short Wait Between Trains still managed to win a whole bunch of awards with very long names.

If you should blink and miss Sterling in any of these roles, you might catch more of him than you possibly care to as the star of Automatic for the producers of The Mask which is slated for wide release after the next 107,647 days of post production and special effects work are completed and protracted litigation subsides.

Upcoming projects include a co-star role opposite Eric Roberts in White Out, a role he purchased with a trunk load of unmarked bills, and a lead role for Zalman King in Shadow Doll that will surely be just one more failed attempt to work off his gambling debt marker to Zalman.

Sterling has also weasled his way into a co-star role in the comedy feature film The Last Second Chance, and promises to release the director's family upon satisfactory production of a final cut that prominently features his character.

When not derailing films, Sterling can be found making a mess out of Shakespeare and varied classics while embarrassing other company members to the point of tears at the Ark Theatre Company in North Hollywood.

Sterling's hobbies include speaking of himself in the third person, staring at the phone waiting for his agent to call, avoiding creditors looking for their pound of flesh, and hiding from ex-girlfriends who want to hurt him.
